Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory and all-round support on drafting laws and policies toward a consolidated policy for local development and local government administration.
- Provide management and methodological advisory and all-round support on improving efficiency and performance of local self-governing bodies.
- Provide administration and coordination to the activities of governors of capital city and provinces, and their offices. Provide advice and all-round support on the implementation of government policies and resolutions. Support local governments’ autonomy.
- Provide advice and all-round support on making policy and its implementation for advancing administration and the territorial organization.
